Refund Eligibility
- Unused Classes: Any unused classes from an advance monthly payment are eligible for a refund. If you decide to discontinue our services, we will refund the amount corresponding to the unused classes.
- Cancellation Notice: To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a written notice of cancellation at least 7 days prior to the start of the next billing cycle.
- Demo Classes: Free demo classes are offered as a trial offer and are not eligible for a refund.
Refund Process

- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of the request. The refund will be credited back to the original method of payment.
- Partial Refunds: If you have attended some classes during the advance month, a partial refund will be calculated based on the number of unused classes.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Missed Classes: Classes missed (in case group class) due to personal reasons without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
- Technical Issues: Refunds will not be issued for classes missed due to technical issues on the student’s end. We recommend ensuring a stable internet connection and a functioning device before each class.
- Special Offers and Discounts: Payments made for classes under special offers, promotions, or discounts are non-refundable.
Changes to This Policy
Areawala Art reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Changes to the policy will be communicated to all students via email and will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
